    DIET FOR BED- WETTING

Kids, especially older kids, feel embarrassed and inferior when they wet the bed. It is not just the physical aspect of bed wetting that affects the child, but also their confidence and psychology. It is therefore important that the dietary changes are not perceived as punishment by your child. You and your child need to identify any food triggers which seem to worsen your child’s Bed Wetting problem.

We provide the food recommendations necessary for Bed-Wetting.

    Recommended Foods

    • Cooked organic vegetables, whole grains, fresh fruits (such as apples, peaches, pears, and pomegranates), cow’s milk, and unprocessed/unrefined food.
    • Nuts like almonds, walnuts, and sunflower seeds can be very healthy.

    Foods to Moderately Consume

Gluten grains, such as rye, barley, and oats. Soybeans, corn, eggs, chocolate, peanuts, and cane sugar.

    Foods You Should Avoid

Avoid foods containing wheat, such as pizza, bread, and burgers. These can cause bladder inflammation. Avoid watermelon, cantaloupes, strawberries, grapes, and other foods that increase urine production.
